A) Registration and creation of your personal account

In order to make the purchase it is not necessary to proceed with the registration. However, registration has some advantages, such as receiving offers and previewed products.Click on the Login link located at the top left;

Enter your username (or an email address) and a password in the Register section. By clicking on Register you will have completed the registration of your account. Through this personal account it will be possible: Track your orders and review purchases made in the paste. Save your address to buy faster;Manage your account information.

B) Insertion of your name in the Newsletter

To subscribe to the Newsletter, simply enter an e-mail address in the newsletter box or register on the site by accepting the receipt of advertising material. In this way the user will be able to receive all the updates on the latest products inserted and notices on possible promotions and special initiatives.

C) Conclusion of the purchase

The user is invited to double-check the items in his cart by clicking on the "shopping bag" icon in the upper right part of the page. To delete one or more items from the cart, just use the "remove product" link.

To complete the order, click on "Go to checkout".

Once the list of purchases has been confirmed, the page of additional data can be accessed, possibly to be inserted about shipping, billing and payment.

With the confirmation of the data the order is registered and the page of the payment system chosen for the definitive conclusion of the order is accessed.

Order executed

Once the effective availability of the goods has been verified and the correctness of the payment has been verified, the order is accepted. Any interested customers can receive information on the status of their order by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already available cannot be changed.

D) Payment

The payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping and accessory costs is made online. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the payment source provided by the user when the products purchased are shipped.

The forms of payment accepted are:

Credit Card / Paypal: At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system, provided by Paypal (world leader in online payments). It is possible to make purchases using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Bank Transfer: Choosing the bank transfer payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to Otticasavo.it who will send the goods as soon as the amount corresponding to the order placed will be credited to the bank account of Otticasavo.it.

With this form of payment, in case of return, it will be necessary to provide your bank details to proceed with the cancellation of the payment

E) Prices and Currency

The official currency of the Otticasavo.it  site is the Euro. For countries that do not adhere to the Euro the exchange rate depends on the rates applied by your credit card and the rates applied by the form of payment used.

Payments and all monetary transactions take place in Euros. The prices and exchange rates of other currencies have only an indicative value to help the user to have a greater perception of values.

Product prices may be subject to updates. The user must always check the accuracy of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

VAT - Duties

For countries belonging to the European Community, the price of the product is inclusive of VAT.

For non-EU countries, not being subject to VAT, the price of the product is inclusive of local taxes, import and customs clearance charges that will vary according to the regulations of the country where the item is shipped.

F) Shipping

Shipments can only concern the territories and nations provided by our site. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration cannot be accepted by Otticasavo.it.

The shipments that we have planned are currently with DDP yield paid by the customer, that is, for Extra CEE shipments, the cost of the user will also include the cost of duties and other taxes such as VAT.

Shipping Times and Costs

As soon as the payment is authorized and the items are available, the orders will be processed as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the order receipt time.

Generally orders arrive at their destination after 24 / 48h on Italian territory, 48h / 72h in European territory, 72h / 96h in all other countries (extra CEE).

Insurance

Shipments made by Otticasavo.it  are insured against damage or loss. The insurance will be valid until the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer.

Delivery status

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail in which the identification number of the shipment will be specified, which can be monitored on the courier's site used for shipping as specified in the order.

Shipping Data

Otticasavo.it will use those indicated by the customer at the time of the order as shipping data.

Shipping Date

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, at the following times: 10.00 am-7.00 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Documents

As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by a consignment note and official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Traceability Shipping

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail in which the identification number of the shipment will be specified, which can be monitored on the courier's website used for shipping as specified in the order.

The customer can track the status of his shipment on the courier's website, simply by entering his shipping number in the "Shipping Search" field. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.

Authorized Delivery Delivery

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery of the shipment.

If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or to refuse delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the courier's local office and contact us by sending an e-mail to the address [email protected]

- Europe and non-EEC countries: DHL, or other couriers as specified in the order

H) Right of Withdrawal and Right of Return

Our customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Otticasavo.it, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right of return of the goods purchased and received in the event of our shipping errors and / or in the case of products that do not correspond to quality.

Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal / return

The Right of Withdrawal and / or Return is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:

Contact customer service at the e-mail address [email protected] stating the reason for the return within fourteen days of delivery of the package.

Sending by email to [email protected] reporting withdrawal / return within 14 days of receiving the products, not forgetting to indicate the reasons for withdrawal / return.

Before sending the goods it is foreseen that the appropriate acceptance email is received from [email protected] this acceptance must be printed shipment that is paid by the buyer.

The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;

The products must be returned intact and unused, as well as in their original packaging

Each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, etc.) received with the order;

Returned products must be sent to: Ottica Savo - Via Ventiquattro Maggio, 47 , 00187 Roma Italy in a single shipment, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and sent at different times;

Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer received the return acceptance email.

The products can be returned by shipping the package, only after receiving the e-mail from [email protected].

Repayment times and methods

After Otticasavo.it has received the return request and checked that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance / payment / replacement of the return.

Otticasavo.it will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of products, net of shipping costs and any customs duties incurred in Italy for the return of the products purchased.

Once the correct execution of the above terms and conditions has been verified, the sums will be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which Otticasavo.it received the return of the product purchased.

If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Otticasavo.it; however, the customer will be able to obtain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Otticasavo.it. Otherwise, Otticasavo.it will be able to keep the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. The products will remain available to the customer for 3 months, after which they will be destroyed or in any case destined for disposal.

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and those who have paid the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be executed by Otticasavo.it, in in any case, against the person who made the payment.

The shipping costs for the return of the products will be charged to the customer, including liability in case of loss or damage to the products.

As mentioned, the actual time for the re-credit or the return of the amounts paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

Purchase by bank transfer: the reimbursement takes place on the current account from which the transfer was made.

Purchase through PayPal: the reimbursement takes place on the PayPal account and is immediately visible from the moment Otticasavo.it  accepts the return. The actual repayment to the credit card on the PayPal account depends on the credit card company, but normally takes place within 30 days.

In the event of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made against the person who made the payment.

Product identification tag

All products offered for sale by Otticasavo.it are provided with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Otticasavo.it asks to try the product without removing the tag and the related seal, because the returned products that do not have it will not be accepted.

G) Promotional Codes

Customers who subscribe to the Otticasavo.it newsletter will receive updates on promotions and promotional codes that can be placed in the cart during the purchase procedure. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this time limit cannot be extended in any way.
