A) Registration and creation of your personal account
In order to make a purchase, it is not necessary to register. However, registration does bring some advantages, such as receiving offers and products in preview.
Click on the Login link located at the top left;
Enter your username (or email address) and a password in the Register section.
By clicking on Register the user will have completed the registration of their account.
Through this personal account it will be possible to:
Track your orders and review past purchases;
Save your address to shop faster;
Manage your account information.
B) Inserting your name in the Newsletter
To subscribe to the Newsletter, simply enter an email address in the newsletter box or register on the site by accepting the receipt of advertising material. In this way, the user will be able to receive all the updates on the latest products inserted and notices on any promotions and special initiatives.
C) Conclusion of purchase
You are invited to review the items in your cart by clicking on the “shopping bag” icon at the top right of the page. To remove one or more items from your cart, simply use the “remove product” link.
To complete your order, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Once the list of purchases has been confirmed, you will access the page of additional data to be entered regarding shipping, billing and payment.
By confirming the data, the order is registered and you access the page of the chosen payment system for the final conclusion of the order.
Order fulfilled
Once the actual availability of the goods has been verified and the correctness of the payment has been verified, the order is accepted. Customers who may be interested can receive information on the status of their order by sending an email to otticasavo@gmail.com
We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already in stock cannot be modified.
D) Payment
Payment for the price of the products and the related shipping and additional costs is made online. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the payment source provided by the user at the time of shipment of the purchased products.
The accepted payment methods are:
Credit Card/Paypal: At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by Paypal (world leader in online payments). Purchases can be made via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Bank Transfer: By choosing the Bank Transfer payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to Otticasavo.it, which will ship the order as soon as the amount corresponding to the order placed is credited to the Otticasavo.it bank account.
With this form of payment, in case of return, it will be necessary to provide your bank details to proceed with the payment reversal.
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.
E) Prices and Currency
The official currency of the Otticasavo.it website is the Euro. For countries that do not use the Euro, the exchange rate depends on the rates applied by your credit card and the rates applied by the payment method used.
Payments and all monetary transactions are in Euro. Prices and exchange rates of other currencies have only an indicative value to help the user have a better perception of the values.
Product prices may be subject to change. The user must always verify the accuracy of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
VAT – Duties
For countries belonging to the European Community, the price of the product includes VAT.
For non-EU countries, not being subject to VAT, the price of the product includes local, import and customs taxes which will vary depending on the regulations of the country to which the item is shipped.
F) Shipping
Shipments can only concern the territories and nations indicated on our site. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration cannot be accepted by Otticasavo.it.
The shipments we have planned are currently with DDP delivery at the customer's expense, that is, for shipments outside the EEC, the cost that the user will sustain also includes the cost of duties and other taxes such as VAT.
Shipping Times and Costs
As soon as payment is authorized and items are available, orders will be processed as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the time of receipt of the order.
Orders generally arrive at their destination within 24/48 hours in Italy, 48/72 hours in Europe, 72/96 hours in all other countries (outside the EEC).
Insurance
Shipments made by Otticasavo.it are insured against damage or loss. The insurance will be valid until the moment of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the buyer.
Shipping Status
Upon shipment, the customer will receive an informative email specifying the shipment identification number which can be tracked on the website of the courier used for the shipment as specified in the order.
Shipping Data
Otticasavo.it will use the shipping data indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Shipping Date
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 10.00-19.00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a holiday will be processed on the following working day.
Shipping Documents
As required by trade laws, all shipments are accompanied by a waybill and official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Shipment Tracking
Upon shipment, the customer will receive an informative email specifying the shipment identification number which can be tracked on the website of the courier used for the shipment as specified in the order.
The customer can track the status of their shipment on the courier's website by simply entering their shipment number in the "Track Shipment" field. The web page displayed will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery.
If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery.
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to otticasavo@gmail.com
Couriers used:
– Italy can be different: DHL
– Europe and non-EEC countries: DHL, or other couriers as specified in the order
H) Right of Withdrawal and Right of Return
Our customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Otticasavo.it, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right to return the goods purchased and received in the event of our shipping errors and/or in the event of products not meeting the quality standards.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal/return
The Right of Withdrawal and/or Return is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are also fully respected:
Contact customer service at otticasavo@gmail.com explaining the reason for the return within fourteen days of delivery of the package.
Send an email to otticasavo@gmail.com to notify you of your withdrawal/return within 14 days of receiving the products, remembering to indicate the reasons for the withdrawal/return.
Before sending the goods, it is expected that you will receive the appropriate acceptance email from otticasavo@gmail.com and this acceptance must be printed and attached to the shipment which is at the buyer's expense.
The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the single-use seal;
The products must be returned intact and unused, as well as in their original packaging.
Each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, etc.) received with the order;
Returned products must be sent to: Ottica Savo Registered office Via Ventiquattro Maggio, 47, 00187 Rome Italy in a single shipment. In fact, it reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer received the return acceptance email.
Products can be returned by shipping the package only after receiving the ok via email from otticasavo@gmail.com.
Refund times and methods
After Otticasavo.it has received the return request and checked that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming acceptance/payment/replacement of the return.
Otticasavo.it will refund any sums already received for the purchase of the products.
Once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified, the sums will be refunded as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which Otticasavo.it received the return of the purchased product.
If the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this paragraph, are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Ottica Savo; however, the customer may obtain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Ottica Savo. Otherwise, Ottica Savo may retain the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. The products will remain at the customer's disposal for 3 months, after which they will be destroyed or otherwise sent for disposal.
If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by Otticasavo.it, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
Shipping costs for returning the products will be borne by the customer, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.
As mentioned, the actual time for the crediting or refund of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
purchase via bank transfer: the refund will be made to the current account from which the transfer was made.
Purchase via PayPal: the refund is made to your PayPal account and is immediately visible from the moment Otticasavo.it accepts the return. The actual refund to your credit card on your PayPal account depends on the credit card company, but usually occurs within 30 days.
In the event of a gift, the refund of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
Product identification tag
All products sold by Otticasavo.it are provided with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal. Otticasavo.it asks to try the product without removing the tag and the relative seal, because returned products without them will not be accepted.
G) Promotional Codes
Customers who subscribe to the Otticasavo.it newsletter will receive updates on promotions and promotional codes that can be entered into the cart during the purchase process. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this time limit cannot be extended in any way
